Salvadoran Spanish:
cipote -child/kid
pisto -plata
guaro -trago
puchica! -more polite exclamation than the alternative
chucho -dog
cuche -pig
quilio -militar
casamiento -beans and rice

en guatemala, como en salvador, la palabra "coche" significa la palabra inglesa "pig" mas que "car."

pero la palabra mas salvadorenyo, mis amigos me dijeron, es la palabra "otrambex." yo no se como se escribe, exactamente. pero todos los salvadorenyos dicen "otrambex" para "otra vez."
